ezgy is a music player application that allows you to stream music files stored in your Google Drive account. The Service provides a user interface to access, organize, and play your music files directly from Google Drive without downloading them to your device.

You retain all rights to your music files stored in Google Drive. ezgy does not claim ownership of your content. However, by using the Service, you grant ezgy a limited, non-exclusive license to access and stream your music files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7. Copyright and Music Rights
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and play the music files in your Google Drive. You represent and warrant that:
- You own the music files or have obtained proper authorization from the copyright holder
- Your use of the music files complies with all applicable copyright laws
- You will not use the Service to distribute copyrighted material without authorization

8. Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to:

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mihri minaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Google Drive account or uninstalling the application.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
